The challenge
Doner Shack operates in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment where speed, order accuracy and coordination between counter staff and the kitchen are critical.
The requirement was not simply for a generic billing application. The business needed a POS system that could be aligned with its actual restaurant workflow and remain simple enough for employees to use during busy operating hours.
The solution needed to provide fast order creation, organised menu selection, accurate billing, smooth communication between the ordering counter and kitchen, better order tracking and centralised operational visibility.
